New Tuesday Morning Qigong Class Series 7:30-8:45am begins Sept. 19th - Oct 31st

This seven-week series begins September 19th and runs through October 31st.  Cost is $100 for pre-registrants. Drop Ins are welcome at $15/class.

With this course, we will start at the beginning with an explanation of the history of qigong (chee gong). We will touch on Five Element Theory, while gradually building upon our knowledge of simple forms.  Establish your foundation for moving out into the world with qigong.  This ancient Chinese method of healing is gaining in popularity, with its proven healing abilities over thousands of years.  Easier to learn than tai chi, it is a practice that can be easily incorporated into one's daily life.  If one is unable to attend the entire series, Drop Ins are welcome at $15/class.  

All levels of experience are encouraged to attend.  Wear comfortable clothing that allows for a full range of movement.
