New Families Group is a donation based safe space where we will be exploring everything fourth trimester related with weekly themes including birth stories, baby wearing, postpartum depression, sex after birth, new roles & identities, breastfeeding, sleeping, self-care and balance. All parents & non-crawling babies welcome. Suggested donation $5-$15 per family.

HOMESCHOOL YOGA

Donation Class Starting Sept. 24th Mondays 11 - 12pm with Laura Coopper

(Suggested donation of $5-$15 per family)

Join a community of homeschoolers for a donation-based yoga class! Learn yoga basics (asanas, breath work, and mindfulness) in a fun and inclusive class designed for all ages and abilities.

Youth under 16 must be attended by a caregiver.

This fall, Roseway Yoga will offer
an Inverted Series open to those
eager to learn the foundations of
getting upside down! This 6-week
series, hosted by Samantha
Flores, will cover essential warm
ups, correct alignment, how to fall
without injury and drills to activate
the muscles used when flipped
upside down. Specifically, we will
learn the foundations of
Headstand, Forearm stand and
Handstand. Feel free to bring
along a journal for notes. Whether
or not you can already get upside
down, this series is open to
EVERYONE! Come with an open
mind and an open heart for space
to learn something new!

THE DECOMPRESSION SESSIONS

6 Week Series with April Short Begins October 15th

This class series is designed for all women on the go who could use some decompression in a supportive circle. We will move through a yogic hatha flow each evening, followed by guided meditation to tune inward and release all that no longer serves. We will then set our intentions for the coming days, with an opportunity to share any reflections with the group. We will build upon our physical practice each week, deepening our understanding of alignment and asana as we go. You are invited and encouraged to bring a journal and writing utensil with you to track your personal progress and musings at the end of class. Among the offerings each week are relaxing aromatherapy, yin techniques for release, guided meditations and a strengthening mind-body, "hatha," yoga practice designed to help you break with patterns and reset your mind, body and spirit.
